Before your consultation
Write down every color, box dye, henna, bleach or keratin treatment from the last two years, even if it has grown out. Bring photos of the color you want. Please don’t try to fix it again at home first.
After your correction
Use a sulfate-free shampoo, wash in cool water and use heat protectant. Book a gloss or toner between visits to keep the tone right.

Usually, yes. Box dye builds up in layers, so it can take more than one visit to remove or blend it safely. We look at your hair and do a strand test first, then give you an honest plan.
